What’s Included?
- 12-15 minute portrait session – we’ll focus on getting a couple amazing photos of your family together (helloooooo Christmas cards & gifts for grandparents!). We often have time to do individual photos of your children as well.
- $47 product credit toward the product(s) of your choice – products & packages will be available for purchase in your private Online Gallery. Products include prints, canvases, and digital images (digital images include full usage/permission for sharing & printing). Packages range from $997-$297.
- FREE Artist’s Choice Metal Ornament – this 3″ metal ornament will feature one artist-selected photo from your session. ($65 value)

Sessions will be held at the Holding Reservoir on York Rd (detailed directions will be emailed to you after booking). In case of yucky weather we’ll do photos in front of the brick wall inside my studio.

* Sessions are non-refundable.
* The $97 Early Bird [$127 Full Price] payment is the session retainer.
* Your $47 product credit must be used within 2 weeks of your private Online Gallery launch. After that time, your credit will be forfeited. Product credits have no cash redemption value and are non–transferable.

What should we wear?
I will send out detailed ideas for clothes after you book your session that will make your clothing planning EASY. I know this part can be painful (ugggg, right?!) but these tips will truly help take the stress out of your planning. {{From one mama to another, I’ve got you babe:)}}
What is the Artist’s Choice Metal Ornament?
This custom metal ornament is approximately 3″ big and comes with a ribbon for hanging. The front of the ornament will feature a photo I’ve selected from your session. The back will have the year (2017) and my logo. This is a wonderful keepsake that can be displayed year round or saved for your Christmas tree.
How do I use my print credit and order more prints from the session?
Approximately 2-3 weeks after your session I’ll email you the link to your private Online Gallery. There you’ll be able to see all of the images I’ve prepared from your session so you can choose your products/packages. You will have 2 weeks to use your print credit and order your images.
Print packages range from $997-$297 and digital packages start at $297. Individual prints start at $47. There are also packages that include ALL of the prints &/or ALL of the digital images. * Digital images include full usage/permission for sharing & printing.
When will my pictures be ready?
Pictures will be ready in your private Online Gallery no later than Thursday November 2nd. I’ll send you an email link as soon as they’re available. Once you pay for your order, any digital images you’ve purchased will be ready for download within 48 hours. Prints and other ordered products will be ready for pickup approximately four weeks after your order is paid in full. Rush orders are available for an additional charge. Metal Ornaments will be ready for pickup approximately 5 weeks after your photo session.
When should we arrive?
I recommend arriving ~10 minutes before your scheduled session time so that you can unload, organize yourselves, and address any last-minute wardrobe malfunctions (because…children;). Since the sessions are on such a tight schedule, anyone arriving more than 5 minutes late for their scheduled time will forfeit their session time & retainer.

What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Because I have such a limited time frame for these portraits, the $127 [or $97 Early Bird] session retainer is non-refundable. Rescheduling might be possible if another date/time for Fall Family Mini’s is still available. The earlier you contact me the better chance we have of being able to reschedule your session! However, I can’t guarantee an available spot. If rescheduling isn’t possible your session retainer will be forfeited. No-shows forfeit the entire session retainer. Also, anybody more than 5 minutes late for their session will forfeit their full session retainer.
***In case of bad weather sessions will be held during your regularly scheduled time at my studio (3212 Lori Rd). We’ll use the brick wall in my studio as the background for your pictures.
Can I include extended family in our Mini?
Due to the short period of time we have for Mini sessions participants are limited to immediate families only (mom, dad, kiddos). If you would like photos with extended family please contact me and we can get a Full Session scheduled for your family.
Can I book a Fall Family Mini if I don’t have kid(s)?
Absolutely! I would love to do pictures for you and your significant other/wife/hubby/partner. Or for you and your fur babies – yay! Or just for YOU.
Do the adults in the family have to participate in the Mini?
Nope:) If you just want pictures of your kiddo(s) that’s tooootally fine!
