I spilled the beans about this on Facebook last week because I could.not.wait any longer!! But I know that not everyone sees everything on FB the first time it posts…and I figured it would be good to have an “official” announcement on the Blog about this too:) So what the heck am I talking about?? (sheesh, get to the point already – right?:) Welllllllllllllllllll, I’m talking about Megan Lane Photography’s new LOGO!!!!!!!! Eeek! Happy dance! Excitement! Woot-woot-to-the-hoo!!
That’s right – I have officially retired our old logo (which is a little nostalgic because this was the original logo that has been with us since I very first started the business four years ago…wow, *little pat* for old logo, she’s done me well).
But the business has grown (and grown!) and with the official launch of the new studio just a few short weeks away (yep, I keep teasing you guys about this – I promise, all will be revealed SOON!) I thought it was time to invest in a new logo.
And obviously this is **kinda** a big deal (and those of you who know me know that I’m just a *tiny* bit of a perfectionist, haha, and there’s NOOOOOOO pressure whatsoever when you’re designing something that is supposed to “represent” you – to people who don’t know you!!!! – ack!!)…so I’m so so SO glad that I was working with Kaye my super talented graphic designer! (www.designedbykaye.com) She is also working on an all-new look for our business cards, brochures, studio packaging, etc! SOOOOOO exciting! Woot!
I will be sure to share all of that with you guys in the next few weeks but for now check out the brand new logo-look for MLP!!!! YAAAYYYYY! :) :) :)
