Last weekend we spend the day photographing Zach & Karen’s beautiful wedding at the Cathedral of St. Helena and their reception at the Great Northern Hotel. It was such a truly lovely day “from the inside out” – you know, one of those days where people are clearly so HAPPY!:)
Happy for Zach and Karen. Happy to be spending time together. Happy to watch these two joining their lives in marriage. Happy to jump in and help wherever it was needed. Happy to eat super delicious food. Happy to shake it on the dance floor! Happy to laugh together and snuggle babies and hug old friends and joyfully celebrate such a special couple.
People were even happy to wear the jester hat!;)
But honestly, none of this happiness and love and joy surprised me. After getting to know Karen since last fall (and knowing that anyone who was smart enough to marry Karen must be a pretty great guy;) it makes complete sense that their day would be incredible AND that all of their friends and family would be fabulous and tons of fun:) That’s just the kind of couple they are.
{Side Bar: How do we always get so lucky with such amazing couples here at MLP??? Must be something in the water;)}
